Stories, Songs & Living History with Aemos Headstrom
Step into the world of old stories with Aemos Headstrom, Storyteller and Living Historian.
Drawing from Norse and medieval traditions, folklore, and the lives of ordinary people from the
past, Aemos brings history to life through engaging stories, humor, music, and a touch of the
strange and unexpected.
Catch Aemos for a live storytelling performance each day, and then come visit the booth to see
history in the making! Throughout the faire, Aemos will be demonstrating historical textile
techniques, including hand-spun-style cordage, braiding, and other traditional fiber crafts, while
sharing the stories and everyday uses behind them.
Come for a story. Stay for the history. Maybe catch a work song as we go! And don’t be
surprised if you leave knowing how to make a piece of string the old-fashioned way!
