Vendor Fees

Vendor fees are $120 for a single weekend or $190 for both weekends.
Beginning in March, rates will increase to $140 per weekend or $210 for both weekends.

Setup & Load-In

Vendors may begin setting up their booths as early as Thursday prior to their vending weekend.
Thursday and Friday will be open for vendor setup to allow ample time for load-in and display arrangement.

Table & Tent Rentals

If you require tables or tents, they are available to rent for a $15 setup fee per item.
Please notify us as early as possible if you need rentals so we can reserve your setup in advance.

Booth Placement

Vendor spaces are claimed on-site during setup.
There is no advance reservation of booth locations.

Electricity (Indoor Vendors)

Standard electrical outlets are available inside the building.
Vendors must provide their own extension cords to reach and secure their connection.
