Outdoor Vendor 2026

Outdoor Vendor Fees

Outdoor vendor fees are $100 for a single weekend or $150 for both weekends.
Beginning in March, rates will increase to $120 per weekend or $170 for both weekends.

Setup & Load-In

Outdoor vendors may begin setting up their booths as early as Thursday prior to their vending weekend.
Both Thursday and Friday will be open for vendor setup to allow sufficient time for load-in, tent placement, and display arrangement.

Tables & Tents

If you require tables or tents, they are available to rent for a $15 setup fee per item.
Vendors are also welcome to bring their own tables, tents, and booth equipment.
Please notify us as early as possible if you plan to rent equipment so we can reserve your setup in advance.

Booth Placement

Outdoor vendor spaces are claimed on-site during setup.
There is no advance reservation of booth locations, allowing vendors to select their space during load-in.

Power & Utilities

Please note that electricity is not available for outdoor vendor spaces.
Vendors should plan their booth setup accordingly.

Price range: $100.00 through $170.00
